Since the beginning of Craig Cutler's career, when he opened his Soho, New York studio, he has been deeply committed to collaborating with clients to transform ideas into images, and those images into stories. When a client presents Craig with an idea that ignites his imagination, he immediately begins sketching, and it is these initial ruminations on an idea that give rise to the final image, whether static or set in motion, that is ultimately delivered to his clients.
Michael Paterson, Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather has said that Cutler's "...work pushes the boundaries of commercial photography into the art world." It is this quality that has attracted Chelsea to Craig Cutler. Lisa Mehling, partner and Executive Producer has said, "He has an amazing design aesthetic, and we love the way he's been able to translate that into his directing work. Craig inhabits a rare creative niche in both stills and motion work."
